"How do I know if it's a '73 enamel?"

Here's how to tell the difference between the common 1970 US and HK red enamel
Ferrari 312Ps and their very rare 1973 red enamel counterpart:

1) no windscreen in the '73 (US has a clear windscreen, HK's is blue)

2) the '73 has an unpainted tail light panel

3) the '73 has "open hub" (not removable) wheels on the front axle

4) the '73 has a different base
